Hi,
Yesterday I replace the crosses of universal joints on the front shaft.
I put EuroX crosses.
I have the sense tha after the replacement, the vehicle has more vibration (aroun 3000 rpm) than before replacement.
Have any idea what could be wrong and the vibrations increased

Regards
Alex

Попробовать развернуть соединение кардана на 180 градусов
Try to rotate the cardan joint 180 degrees

It is a standard procedure prescribed by any manual to re-balance the shaft after replacing the U-joints (crosses).
As no balancing was done, the vibration should not be taken as something unexpected.
Also, are you positive that all driveshaft parts were put together exactly in the same position as they were? Have you marked them?
Finally, have you marked the flanges on the shaft, diff, and transfer case to install the shaft exactly in the original position?
All these things may also contribute to vibration.
развернуть соединение кардана на 180 градусов
В смысле развернуть по шлицам?

I marked flanges and diffs position, but brake cleaner remove it.

In the other hand even the initial balance of cardams take part out of the car, not on the car.

So, i had to rotate the shaft position till find the fit with the less vibration?

Yes, sometimes that helps, although not guaranteed. You have 2 possible positions on either flange, so totally 2 x 2 = 4 options to go through and see if any of them is better.
But if the shaft itself has imbalance, that may have no effect.
For example if you flipped the fork upside down when you installed new cross, that may have more significant effect.

Also as another colleague suggested, you may try to turn a sliding part 180 degrees on splines - sometimes this hack may work. Just make sure to mark the parts, so you can revert everything to original state if needed.

However, balancing the shaft at professional shop is a better, proper way.

I was very lucky. I have made marks on the shaft and the flange of differentials (front and transfer case).
I aligned the marks and the vibrations stops.
The second lucky point was that i assembly the flanges of the shaft, as they were all initial.

Thank you all for your tips.
